Weather Warning "Summer Thunderstorm over upper Thailand "

Outbreaks of summer thunderstorms occur over the upper country compose of thunderstorms, gusty winds and hail in many place of following regions:
During 17-18 March
- North: Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Pichit, Phitsanulok, and Phetchabun
- Northeast: Chaiyaphum, Khon Kaen, Loei, Udon Thani, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Nong Bua Lam Phu and Bueng Kan.
- Central: Chai Nat, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lop Buri, Saraburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Ratchaburi.
- East: Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Chantaburi and Trat.
During 19-20 March, summer thunderstorms over the North and the Central will weakened while North- Eastern and Eastern Region still maintained during these period.
People stay safe and keep off outdoor places due to the severe weather conditions.
Another moderate high press covers the upper Northeast of Thailand while hot spells cover the country. During 17-19 March, the westerly wave will move from Myanmar to the North and the upper Northeast of Thailand, affecting the upper country outbreaks of summer thunderstorms.
