The monsoon trough lies across the upper North and upper Laos into the low-pressure cell over upper Vietnam while the moderate southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are likely in the East. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows especially along waterways and lowlands. All transports take more caution during the phenomena.
The wind and waves in the upper Gulf are likely about 2 meters high. In the Andaman Sea and the lower Gulf, the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.

Minimum temperature 23-26 °C. Maximum temperature 31-35 °C.

in Chumphon, Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Surat Thani upwards : Southwesterly winds 15-35 km/hr.
Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Nakhon Si Thammarat downwards : Southwesterly winds 15-30 km/hr.
Wave height about 1 meter and above 1 meter high in thundershowers and offshore.
