General Situation
21 July 2026The southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf is strengthening with more rain in the country and isolated heavy rain are likely in the North and the upper Northeast. People in the North and the upper Northeast should beware of heavy rain and accumulated rain. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf are expected 1-2 meters high, about 1 meter high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. In addition, the active low pressure cell over the Pacific ocean is expected to intensify tropical depression and move pass the North of the Philippines during 24–25 July 2026.

Eastern
Scattered thundershowers mostly in Chachoengsao, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, and Trat. Minimum temperature 23-27 °C. Maximum temperature 33-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (East Coast)
Isolated thundershowers mostly in Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-25 °C. Maximum temperature 32-36 °C. Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, above 1 meter offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Scatered thundershowers mostly in Phuket, Krabi, Trang, and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. From Phang Nga northward: Southwesterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height 1-2 meters and above 2 meters in thundershowers. From Phuket southward: Southwesterly winds 15-30 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and above 2 meters in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
Isolated thundershowers mostly in the afternoon to evening. Minimum temperature 26-28 °C. Maximum temperature 35-37 °C. Southwesterly winds 10-20 km./hr.
