General Situation
09 October 2026The high-pressure system covers upper North and the upper Northeast while the southeasterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea to the eastern part of the Northeast and the East. Meanwhile, the monsoon trough lies across the Gulf and the South. Isolated heavy rains are forecast in the South while less rains and isolated heavy rain are forecast in the eastern part of the Northeast and the East. People in these area should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. For the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, waves will be higher than 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should keep off thundershowers.

Southern (East Coast)

Southern (West Coast)
