Synoptic Situation
26 December 2025The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the lower Gulf and the lower South with isolated heavy to very heavy rain. The rather strong wind force the waves in the lower Gulf up to be 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers while the waves in the upper Gulf are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea offshore, the waves are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the lower Gulf should keep ashore lasting 28 December 2025.
