Synoptic Situation
08 February 2025The strengthening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated thundershowers. The strengthening wind force the waves in the lower Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters in the thundershowers, in the upper Gulf up to about 2 meters and above 2 meters in the thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats in the lower Gulf keep ashore.
