04 March 2026The high-pressure system from China extend to southern China, is expected to covers the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea by tonight (3 Mar 2026). The southerly and southeasterly winds bring the moisture from the South China Sea to the Northeast, the East and the upper Gulf where hot weather occurs. Outbreaks of summer storms are possible following with gust and lightning in the western portion of the North, the Northeast and the East. People in the Northeast should beware of severe conditions by keeping off outdoor places, big trees and unsecured billboards and keep healthy due to hot weather. Farmers should prevent for crop damage and animals’ danger. The westerly winds prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf with isolated thundershowers in the lower South. The winds and waves in the Andaman Sea are expected about 1 meter high and above 2 meter high in thundershowers. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should keep off thundershowers.
