People in the areas should keep healthy due to changeable weather. People in the upper North should beware of heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially in the foothills near the waterways and the lowland areas, and farmer should prepare for crop's damage. The monsoon trough lies across the lower South while the northeast monsoon prevails over the upper Gulf and the upper South with isolated heavy rains.
