The another rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Rains are likely in the upper country for the first period then morning cool and a decrease in temperature by 1-3 °C with strong wind. On mountaintops of the North, cold to very cold are forecast while cold is forecast on mountaintops of the Northeast. People in the areas should keep healthy due to changable weather and be caution due to poor visibility. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South while the low-pressure cell over the lower South and Malaysia will move to the Andaman Sea with more rains and scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rains in the South. People in the South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the foothills near waterways and lowlands. The rather strong wind forces the waves in the Gulf up to 2-3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the Andaman Sea, the waves have about 1 meter high, above 1 meter high offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the Gulf keep ashore. People along the Gulf shore should beware of inshore surges.

Northeastern
Morning cool with strong wind and 1-3 °C drop in temperature. Isolated rains mostly in Nakhon Ratchasima, Buriram, Surin, Sisaket and Ubon Ratchathani. Minimum temperature 17-23 °C. Maximum temperature 27-31 °C. Cold on mountaintops : Minimum temperature 10-15 °C. Northeasterly winds 10-30 km./hr.
Central
Isolated rains mostly in Lopburi, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram. After that morning cool with strong wind and 1-3 °C drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 22-24 °C. Maximum temperature 30-33 °C. Easterly winds 10-25 km./hr.
Eastern
Scattered rains mostly in Sa Kaeo, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat Minimum temperature 21-25 °C. Maximum temperature 29-32 °C. Southeasterly winds 20-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter and about 2 meters offshore.
Southern (East Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rains in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. Minimum temperature 22-24 °C. Maximum temperature 25-30 °C. Northeasterly winds 20-40 km./hr. Wave height 2-3 meters and above 3 meters high in thundershowers.
Southern (West Coast)
Fairly widespread thundershowers and isolated heavy rain in Ranong, Phanggha, Krabi, Trang and Satun. Minimum temperature 23-25 °C. Maximum temperature 26-29 °C. Easterly winds 15-35 km./hr. Wave height about 1 meter, above 1 meter offshore and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
Bangkok Metropolitan
