General Situation
15 February 2025The weak high-pressure system covers the upper Northeast of Thailand togerther with the westerly winds in the upper level cover the North with morning cool with fog. While the south and southeast winds prevail the Central including Bangkok and Vicinity and the East due to hot with haze during day and isolated thundershower. On mountaintops of the North, cold to very cold are forecast while cold weather is forecast on mountaintops of the Northeast. People in the country should keep healthy due to changeable weather and beware of fire due to dry air. All transport take more caution in poor visibility. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea is weakening. The wind and waves in the Gulf are about 1 meter high and above 1 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the lower Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers area.
