20 November 2024The moderate high-pressure system from China extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. A decrease in temperature with windy are forecast in the upper country. The strengthen northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with thundershowers and heavy to very heavy rain in the lower South. The wind force the waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. The waves in the lower Gulf up to about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters in the upper Gulf and about 1 meter in the Andaman Sea, 1-2 meters high offshore and above 2 meters in thundershowers. . All ships should keep off thundershowers. In addition, storm “MAN-YI” has already downgraded to the low pressure cell over the upper South China Sea.
