The strong high-pressure system from China extend to the Northeast of Thailand, is expected to cover the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. Morning cool to cold and a decrease in temperature with strong winds are likely in the country. A decrease in temperature by 2-4 °C is likely in the Northeast while a decrease in temperature by 1-3 °C is likely in the North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. People in the country should keep healthy due to cool to cold weather and beware of fire due to strong winds and dry air.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with isolated thundershowers in the South. The wind and waves in the lower Gulf are about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
