The active low-pressure cell covers the lower Andaman Sea and Malaysia while the rather strong northeast monsoon still prevails over the upper Gulf, the upper South and the upper Andaman Sea with scattered heavy to isolated very heavy rains in the lower South. People in the lower South should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. People along the Gulf shore should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea offshore keep ashore lasting 25 November 2025.
The strong high-pressure system from China covering upper Thailand is weakening with an increase in temperature and morning fog. Morning cool to cold weather is forecast in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is possible in the Central and the East regions. On mountaintops of the North and the Northeast, cold to very cold is forecast. People in the upper country should keep healthy due to the changeable weather and beware of fire due to dry air.
