Subject: Cool to cold in Thailand
Heavy Rain in the South and Strong wind-waves in the Gulf
(Effect until 26 November 2025)

An active low-pressure cell move into the lower Andaman Sea and Malacca Strait while the moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea with isolated heavy rains in the lower South. People in the lower South should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that cause flash flood and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. The weakening wind and waves in the Gulf are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
Another high-pressure system from China extended to upper Thailand and the upper South China Sea with a decrease in temperature and strong winds. Cool to cold weather is likely in the North and the Northeast while cool in the morning is likely in the rest regions except for the lower South. People in the upper country and the upper South should keep healthy due to cool to cold weather and beware of fire due to dry air and strong wind.
