Subject: Heavy to Very Heavy Rain in Thailand
No.7 (134/2026)

During 26–30 July 2026, the monsoon trough will lie across the upper North and the Northeast, while the strengthening southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy to very heavy rains are possible in the country. People should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulation that may cause flash floods, overflows and landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands.
The rather strong wind force the waves in the upper Andaman Sea up to be 2–3 meters high and above 3 meters high in thundershowers. In the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf, the wave are expected about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers, small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
In addition, Tropical Storm “NOUL” has made landfall over Guangdong, China. The travelers should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting.
