the monsoon trough lies across the upper South.
People
in the country should beware of thundershowers, gusty wind, and heavy to very
heavy rains and accumulated rains that may cause flash floods, overflows and
landslides especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. In
addition, people should avoid staying in open areas, under large trees, or near
unstable billboards.
The
winds force the wave in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf up to above 2 meters high
in thundershowers. All ships should proceed with caution and keep off
thundershowers.
