Subject: Storm
“TAPAH”
No.6 (238/2025)

At 10.00 a.m. LST (7 September
2025), Tropical storm “TAPAH”
over the upper South China Sea was centered about 500 kilometers of Guangdong, China
or at latitude 18.3 degrees north
and longitude 114.2 degrees east, with maximum sustained winds about 65 km/hr. This storm
is moving west slowly. It is expected to
make landfall over the southern, China by tomorrow (8 September 2025). This
storm will not move to Thailand and no direct effect on Thailand’s weather but
induced the strengthening southwest monsoon prevails over Thailand. The travelers
should check the weather forecast for the region you're going to be visiting.

advisory is in effect on 7 September 2025, at 11.00 a.m.
