Flash flood continued in Chiang Mai and Phetchabun provinces, and also affected Phitsanulok province from 25-31 Aug., Phare, Lampang, and Uttaradit provinces from 26-27 Aug., Mae Hong Son province from 26-31 Aug., Chiang Rai, Phayao and Nan provinces on 27 Aug. and Sukhothai province from 28-31 Aug.
