Fairly widespread rain with heavy rainfall in some areas in the first half of the period then decreasing in rainfall to isolated rain with heavy rainfall in some areas on the last day of the period. Flooding continued in Phitsanulok, Pichit, Sukhothai and Kamphaeng Phet provinces, in addition to flooding in Lamphun province on 8 Nov. and Lampang province on 9 Nov. Landslide was reported in Lampang province on 8 Nov.
