Subject: Storm “KALMAEGI”
and heavy to very heavy rain in Thailand

An active low-pressure cell covers the lower Northeast of Thailand. It is expected to downgrade to the low-pressure cell that will move across the western part of the Northeast, the upper Central, and the North regions.
Isolated heavy to very heavy rain is likely in the western part of the Northeast, the East, the Central, and the North, respectively, during 7–9 November 2025. People in the areas should be aware of heavy to very heavy rain and its accumulation that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along the waterways near foothills and lowlands. Farmers should take precautions against crop damage.
The wind-force waves in the Andaman Sea are expected to be 2 to 3 meters high and above 3 meters in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and avoid thundershower areas. Small boats in the Andaman Sea should remain ashore until 7 November 2025.
This advisory is in effect on 7 November 2025, at 11.00 p.m.
