Subject: Storm “DANAS”

No.15 (172/2025)

At 4.00 p.m. LST (8 July 2025), the tropical storm “DANAS” over the East China Sea was due 65 km. east of Zhejiang, China or at latitude 27.7 degrees north and longitude 121.6 degrees east with maximum sustained winds about 65 km./hr. The storm is moving west-southwest slowly. It is expected to make landfall over the eastern part of China tonight. This storm is forecasted not move to Thailand and no direct effect to Thailand’s weather but induce the strengthening southwest monsoon prevails over Thailand. The travelers please follow the weather forecast update before departure.
